Kittitat Panpream is an experienced professional in employee engagement, culture management, and development training. Currently serving as the Engagement & Culture Manager at BG Container Glass Public Company Limited since February 2023, Kittitat specializes in voice of employee initiatives, corporate culture, and change management. Prior to this role, Kittitat held the position of Leadership Development & People Solution Manager, focusing on training needs analysis, team building, and customized development solutions. Kittitat's previous experience includes serving as the Learning and Development Solution Manager at Central Food Retail Group, where responsibilities included delivering innovative training solutions and maintaining Investors in People accreditation. Kittitat began a career as a corporate trainer and SAP SuccessFactors expert before assuming a training facilitator role at Thammasat Consulting Networking and Coaching Center. Kittitat holds a Master's degree in Management, Human Capital and Organization Development from Mahidol University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration from Thammasat University.
