Eric Petschler

Eric Petschler, MBA, currently serves as Manager of Sales & Operations Planning at B&G Foods since May 2019. Previously, Eric held multiple roles at Stryker from March 2006 to September 2018, including Manager of Divisional Regulatory Compliance and Demand Planning/S&OP Manager for the Reconstructive division, where Eric implemented sales and operations processes and managed global forecasts for knee implant products. In addition, Eric has experience as a Production Leader overseeing a team of 30 and as a Project Manager for product launches. Eric served in the US Navy Reserve as a Lieutenant Commander, managing crisis response units and leading career development for personnel from March 2006 to June 2015, and held the role of Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy from May 1995 to March 2006. Eric holds an MBA from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics from Miami University.
