Jim D'Andrea Jr

Jim D'Andrea Jr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering. Since October 2017, Jim has served as the Global S&OP Manager at Howmet Aerospace, where leadership of the monthly sales, inventory, and operations planning process for Howmet Wheel Systems has been a key responsibility. Jim's career includes roles such as Global S&OP Lead and Senior Process Engineer, where expertise in maintaining and improving forging processes was demonstrated at Cleveland forging plants. Prior experience includes positions as Product Engineer and Lean Manager at Schaefer Equipment Inc, Co-Founder & CTO at JuggerBot 3D LLC, and Industrial Engineer at Ajax TOCCO Magnethermic. Jim holds a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Youngstown State University.
