Previously, Jill worked at McCormick & Company from March 2015 to April 2022, where roles included Director of Global Quality Systems and Food Safety and Americas Senior Quality Systems Manager. Jill's experience also includes positions at The Kraft Heinz Company from 2005 to March 2015, Interbake Foods from 2004 to 2005, and Tyson Foods from June 2002 to April 2004. Educationally, Jill earned a Master’s Degree in Food Safety from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech.
