Alex Karst

Alex Karst is a Software Support Specialist at BG Products, Inc., providing support to SmartVMA customers since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Support Engineer at c1secure, where support was provided to Zoom for Government customers from December 2022 to August 2023. Alex also worked as a Tech Consultant at Target in 2022 and completed an IT Support Internship at Wolters Kluwer, where responsibilities included installing and maintaining software products and assisting vendors with troubleshooting. Alex holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Wichita State University, earned in December 2022.
