Teresa Bengtson

Teresa Bengtson has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Teresa is currently the Human Resources Director at BG Products, Inc. and previously served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Legend Senior Living™ from 2017 to 2022. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Dean & Deluca from 2014 to 2017. Teresa also worked as the Director of Human Resources at LRICO Services Inc from 2013 to 2014 and as an Organizational Consultant at Allen, Gibbs & Houlik, L.C. from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Lodgeworks from 2006 to 2011, the Human Resources Director at Cox Communications from 2004 to 2006, and the Executive Team Leader - Human Resources at Target from 2003 to 2004. Teresa began their career as a Human Resources Leader at Pizza Hut, a position they held from 1982 to 2003.

Teresa Bengtson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources, which they obtained from Friends University. Teresa also has an Associates degree in Finance from Iowa Western Community College. In addition, they studied Finance at the University of Northern Iowa. Teresa has a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), which they received from the HR Certification Institute in June 2012.
