Tara st-Pierre

Tara St-Pierre has extensive experience in human resources across various industries, having held senior leadership roles at Quest Diagnostics, Pratt & Whitney, Honeywell, and Rohm and Haas. In her most recent position at Quest Diagnostics from April 2019 to January 2021, Tara served as Vice President Human Resources for Regional Businesses, Commercial, Pathology, and Medical Services, following her role as Executive Director Human Resources for General Diagnostics, Strategy, M&A, and Ventures. At Pratt & Whitney from August 2014 to April 2019, Tara led global talent strategies focusing on acquisition, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion. Previous positions include Vice President HR Strategy & Functional Transformation at Honeywell and HR Business Partner at Rohm and Haas. Tara holds a B.A. in Industrial Relations from McGill University.
