Shalini Saha

Shalini Saha's work experience includes roles at various companies. Shalini started their career as a Laboratory Accreditation Specialist at AIHA in 2008. Shalini then worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland at College Park from 2009 to 2012. Shalini joined Johns Hopkins University as a Visiting Research Assistant, where they investigated the incorporation of a dihydropyrrole moiety into sibiromycin by a non-ribosomal peptide synthetase (NRPS) and discovered a novel NRPS effector protein. In 2016, Shalini joined BGB Group as a Medical Writer and subsequently held positions as Senior Medical Writer, Associate Medical Director, Medical Director, and Senior Medical Director. Shalini'scurrent role at BGB Group is AVP Medical Director, Medical Strategy & Scientific Affairs.

Shalini Saha completed their education in a chronological order. From 1996 to 2004, they attended The Dwight School and obtained an I.B. Diploma. Following that, they pursued their undergraduate studies from 2004 to 2008 at Oberlin College, majoring in Biology, Biochemistry, and Chemistry, and earned a B.A. degree. Finally, they furthered their education at the University of Maryland from 2009 to 2015, where they obtained a Ph.D. in Chemistry.
