John Molloy

John Molloy has extensive experience in the finance and technology sectors, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at BGC Partners since September 2016, where responsibilities include product development, infrastructure, operations, and technical support for kACE (Fenics Software). Previously, John held the position of Head of Product Development at GFI Group from October 2000 to September 2016, managing specification, development, and quality assurance for the Fenics product suite focused on FX derivative solutions. Earlier roles included Trader at Barclays Capital in 1996-1997 and Trader at Mabon Nugent from 1987 to 1996, specializing in US Treasury, agency, and mortgage repurchase agreements. John holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance from Boston College.
