Kate Dan is an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated history of working in various roles within the human resources field since 2011. Currently, Kate serves as the Co-Head of Core HR for the UK and Middle East at BGC Partners, a position held since June 2015, following roles as Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and HR Advisor for the EMEA region. Prior to joining BGC Partners, Kate worked at GFI Group as an HR Advisor EMEA and at BTG, where responsibilities included HR Generalist and L&D Coordinator.
