Equity Diversity & Inclusion Lead at NCT Charity

Louise Oliver is an experienced professional specializing in equity, diversity, and inclusion within the field of infant feeding and perinatal support. Currently serving as the Equity Diversity & Inclusion Lead at NCT Charity since September 2022, Louise also founded Diversity in Infant Feeding in January 2017, which focuses on creating an online image bank for under-represented families in the infant feeding sector. Additionally, Louise holds the position of Director at New Baby Network CIC and has been a Breastfeeding Counsellor and Peer Support Trainer with THE NATIONAL CHILDBIRTH TRUST since March 2014. Previous roles include serving as a Neonatal Feeding Advisor and Maternity Infant Feeding Advisor at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust and as Executive Director at Early Nourishment CIC until April 2024. Louise has an academic background that includes a PGDip in Public Health from Birmingham City University and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Birth and Beyond Education from the University of Worcester.
