Rupesh Nathoo

Rupesh Nathoo currently serves as the leader of Business Controls and Operational Resilience at BGC Partners, a position held since July 2022, where responsibilities include facilitating the implementation of the first line RCSA and Resilience project across multiple jurisdictions and entities. Prior to this role, Rupesh worked at Sberbank CIB from May 2013 to June 2022, holding key positions including International Offices Business Controls and Manager of Operations, where coordination of the Front Office RCSA and support for the International Head of Operations were primary duties. With a broad background in operations and management in various banking institutions in London since 2002, Rupesh is also pursuing an Executive MBA from Arden University, expected to complete in December 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from the University of Greenwich.
