Summer Martinez Williams is an experienced professional with a strong background in education and program management. Currently serving as the Program Manager for Social Emotional Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee since April 2021, Summer previously worked as a Second Grade Teacher at St. Augustine Preparatory Academy from August 2017 to April 2021. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Camp Director, Program Director, and Camp Counselor at Phantom Lake YMCA Camp, along with leadership in student recruitment as Co Chairman of the Outreach Student Recruitment Team. Academically, Summer holds a Master of Business Administration in Education Leadership from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from University of Missouri-Columbia.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee is celebrating its 125th anniversary in 2012. Known as the oldest and largest youth-serving agency in Milwaukee, the Clubs offers high quality after-school and summer programming for children ages 5-18, focusing on those who have major life obstacles, most often poverty. The Clubs operates 40 sites, which include six primary locations, 32 school sites, Camp Whitcomb/Mason in Hartland and an extension site at St. Charles Youth and Family Services in Milwaukee. Membership to the Clubs is only $5 per year, per child, but no one is ever turned away based on inability to pay.
