Bob Morgan

Bob Morgan, P.E., PMP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager - Resident Engineer at BGE, Inc., overseeing construction management and inspection for the Harris County Toll Road Authority's Beltway 8 East Widening Project. With extensive project management experience, previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Brooks & Sparks, Inc., and Amani Engineering, Inc., where Morgan managed various civil engineering projects for multiple public and private clients. Earlier military service includes significant leadership positions in the US Army, culminating as Deputy Commander of the 20th Engineer Brigade and Executive Officer in Europe. Morgan holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
