James Kelley

James Kelley is an experienced civil engineer and project manager with a comprehensive background in land development and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Land/Site at BGE, Inc. since December 2019, James Kelley has been instrumental in the company's growth, ranked No. 116 in Engineering News-Record’s 2021 Top 500 Design Firms. Prior to BGE, Inc., James Kelley held senior management positions at WGI, Bohler Engineering, and Jones|Carter, as well as significant roles at Barge, Waggoner, Sumner and Cannon, Inc., Cardno WRG, Primas and Associates Consulting Engineers, and Chavez-Grieves Consulting Engineers, Inc. James Kelley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University.
