Phil Chang

Phil Chang is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Public Works at BGE, Inc., where they are recognized for their award-winning performance in successfully completing projects across Florida, Virginia, and Canada. Phil's career began as a Design Engineer at Sernas Associates and progressed through various roles, including Engineering Assistant at the City of Vaughan and Project Engineer at Cumbey and Fair, Inc. Prior to their current position, Phil held significant managerial roles at Kimley-Horn and Associates, CPH Engineers, and Johnson Engineering, showcasing a strong ability to foster relationships and manage complex projects. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering from McMaster University and continue their education at Harbord Collegiate.
