Jonathan Kocinski, PE LEED AP is the Director of Design - Civil at CESO, INC. Jonathan previously held positions as Senior Engineer at the same company, Asst. City Engineer at the City of North Olmsted, and Project Engineer at Richard L. Bowen + Associates, Inc. Jonathan also worked as a Civil Engineer at Louis Perry & Associates and Neff & Associates. Jonathan graduated from Ohio Northern University with a BS in Civil Engineering after completing high school at Padua High School.
