Scott Hutchins

Scott Hutchins, PE, serves as the Director of Construction Management and Principal at BGE, Inc., where experience includes overseeing large civil infrastructure projects, program management, and project management since July 2008. Prior roles encompassed Senior Project Manager at PBS&J, focusing on significant projects such as the Central Texas Turnpike Project and various utility coordination efforts; Project Manager for Victory Development at Hillwood Development Corporation; and Project Engineer at Zachry Construction Corporation, managing critical interchanges and developments. Additional early experience includes a stint as a Chevrolet Pickup Salesman and service as a Lieutenant in the US Army Corps of Engineers. Scott Hutchins holds a BS in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University.
