Jonathan Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jonathan started their career in 2005 as a Technical Support specialist at Saint Leo University, providing assistance to faculty, staff, and students across multiple locations. In 2007, they worked at Conrad Hotels & Resorts as a Guest Service Agent, handling guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, and payment verification. Jonathan also served as an I.T. Customer Service Technician, responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, at the same company. From 2009 to 2013, Jonathan worked at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón as a Computer Lab Supervisor and I.T. Technician. There, they provided technical support, managed access to computer systems, and maintained an inventory of equipment and software. In 2013, Jonathan joined the United States Air Force as an RPA Sensor Operator Instructor/Evaluator. Jonathan supervised and trained aircrew members and was responsible for mission planning and execution. Lastly, in 2018, they joined BGI, LLC as an Operations Analyst/RPA SME, where they served as the Test Director, Agile Product Owner, and Quality Assurance professional for a 12-person team. Jonathan Rodriguez earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón between 2006 and 2011. Following that, they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Air and Space Operations Technology from Community College of the Air Force from 2013 to 2014. From 2015 to 2022, Jonathan completed their education at Saint Leo University, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Cyber Security.
