Adel Saleem has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Senior Technical Systems Analyst at RBC. Adel then moved on to become a Manager of Data Analytics and Reporting at RBC from 2005 to 2008. Adel subsequently joined CBRE as a Project Manager in Information Technology for a short time in 2008. Adel returned to RBC in 2018 as the Director of Innovation Strategy, Operations, and Partnerships.
