Daphne Basangwa

Daphne Basangwa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in capital planning, infrastructure, and sustainability. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at BGIS since October 2025, Daphne previously worked as a Consultant at The World Bank, focusing on integrating sustainability into project planning. Prior roles include Senior Analyst at McKinsey & Company, where significant savings were achieved in capital investments, and Associate Consultant at WSP, providing engineering support for large infrastructure projects. Daphne's early career involved diverse roles in education and research, including as a Course Assistant at Stanford University and a Teacher in Uganda.
