Caitlin Carter

Caitlin Carter is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in education, sports performance, and operational management. Currently serving as the Director of Capacity & Capital Planning at CSX since March 2023, Caitlin previously held the Sr. Director of Operations role. Prior to this, Caitlin spent nearly a decade in education at Plano ISD, where responsibilities included teaching physical education and elementary grades. Athletic experience includes coaching youth sports, training athletes as an Olympic Weightlifting Specialist, and competing as a U.S. Skeleton Athlete. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Sciences from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University.
