David Dorans

David Dorans is an accomplished professional in commercial real estate project delivery with extensive experience in management and project oversight. Currently serving as Managing Director at BGIS since August 2015, David has also held the position of Senior Director Projects for Eastern Canada. Prior roles include Regional Director for Eastern Canada at BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Realty and National Client Director for Retail at TD Bank. David’s experience encompasses project management and property management across several reputable companies, including JLL, Uniform Developments, Morguard Investments Limited, Bentall Kennedy, CLV Group, and Esso Avitat.
