Javier Montenegro, B.Eng, PMP, is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at BGIS since April 2018, with a background in project management and construction coordination. Javier's experience includes roles as Project Manager at Explore1 and Senior Estimator/Project Coordinator at Sudden Impact Glass Service. Javier has demonstrated expertise in overseeing large-scale projects, such as managing a $13 million refurbishment project and leading teams in adaptive reuse projects valued at $12 million while ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Javier holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Carabobo and a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management from Centennial College.
