Kat Lai

Kat Lai is currently serving as the Global Corporate Accounting Manager at BGIS since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Controller and Financial Analyst at Magna International from October 2018 to March 2022, and Senior Accountant at KPMG Canada from November 2016 to October 2018. Kat previously held the position of Assistant Audit Manager at BDO Limited and worked as an Audit Manager at Patrick Wong C.P.A. Limited. A co-founder and Financial Controller at Dessert Kitchen from June 2012 to August 2014, Kat's extensive background also includes positions at KPMG China as Assistant Manager (Audit) and Accountant (Audit) from September 2006 to September 2011, as well as a summer internship as an Accounting Clerk at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in June 2005. Kat Lai holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
