Kyle van Berk

Kyle van Berk is an experienced professional in the field of Performance Based Infrastructure (P3) management, currently serving as Managing Director at BGIS since August 2025. Previously, Kyle worked at Fengate Asset Management from September 2017 to July 2025 as Project Director, overseeing various P3 assets including hospitals and courthouses in Ontario. Prior roles include Facilities Management Director at Honeywell, overseeing the North Island Hospital Project, and several positions at SNC-Lavalin from 2010 to 2016, where responsibilities ranged from Facilities Manager to Project and Quality Manager. Kyle holds a degree in Architecture - Project and Facility Management from Conestoga College and attended Wilfrid Laurier University.
