Ron Shory

Ron Shory is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Global Chief People Officer at BGIS since September 2008. Throughout a progressive career at BGIS, Ron has held positions including Senior Vice President, Vice President, National Director, and Director of Human Resources Consulting. Prior experience includes directing and managing human resources at Ainsworth Inc. from 1999 to 2007, with earlier roles as Supervisor and Human Resources Coordinator at the same company from 1993 to 1998. Educationally, Ron holds multiple certifications from the Human Resources Professionals Association, a post-graduate degree with high honors in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto.
