Kameshwari Rao

Kameshwari Rao is the Chief People Officer at Publicis Sapient. Kameshwari has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Merchant Banking.

Kameshwari started their career in 1986 at Tata Share Registry Limited as an account manager. In 1998, they made the switch to Headhunters India Pvt Ltd as their recruitment lead. In 2001, they joined Sapient as their Sr Manager of People Strategy. Kameshwari was responsible for leading the people strategy for Sapient Bangalore.

In 2009, Kameshwari joined Publicis Sapient. Kameshwari has been with the company for over 10 years and has been instrumental in growing the company's HR department. Under their leadership, the department has successfully recruited and onboarded hundreds of employees.

Kameshwari Rao completed their Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University Of Bombay and went on to complete their Master’s Degree in Finance from the same school. Kameshwari then attended Fatima High School in Mumbai, India.

Their manager is Nigel Vaz, CEO. They work with Bob Van Beber - Chief Delivery Officer, Raymond Velez - Global CTO, and Sheldon Monteiro - Chief Product Officer.
