Sarah Novelli

Sarah Novelli is the Executive Director of People & Culture at BGIS, where leadership spans the people team for the APAC division in a global organization of over 12,000 employees. With extensive experience in HR, recruitment, learning, and development, key achievements include successful end-to-end M&A processes, global HRMS implementation, and recognition as a winner of the 2024 & 2025 Australia HRD Hot List. Previously, Sarah served as Head of Human Resources (APAC) at BGIS and developed programs resulting in significant employee engagement improvements. Prior roles at Ventia included HR Business Partner and HR & Operations Advisor, focusing on compliance, policy drafting, and system implementation. Sarah holds a Master's in Legal & Ethics (Industrial Relations), and Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Business (Human Resource Management) from Charles Sturt University.
