Michel Rausch has over three decades of experience in engineering and facility management. Currently serving as Responsable Architecture, Techniques et Environnement and Head of Engineering and Technical Management at BGL BNP Paribas since October 2006, Michel focuses on architectural and technical strategies. Prior to this role, experience at Delphi included serving as Facility Manager for an automotive test laboratory and divisional headquarters, along with responsibilities as Facility Management Coordinator for France-Benelux and energy auditor. Earlier career phases included positions as a production engineer at Ceratool and a field engineer at ELCO Luxembourg. Michel completed mandatory military service in the Belgian Army, specifically working with armoured vehicles. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electricity from the Institut Supérieur Industriel d'Arlon.
