James Lambe

James Lambe has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and web development. James started their career at Leighton as a Web Developer, where they worked on projects such as building content-managed websites for luxury hotels and developing e-learning platforms. James then joined Communicator as a Web Developer before moving on to Leighton again as a Senior Web Developer, where they led a project to build a sitecore backed content-managed site for a property company.

In 2015, James joined Clicksco as a Senior Software Engineer, where they created and maintained a suite of APIs using a micro-services architecture for a big data platform. James stayed with Clicksco for four years before joining BGL Group as a Senior Software Engineer. At BGL Group, they were responsible for leading and inspiring the software engineering community, setting standards, defining roadmaps, and coaching software engineers in technical excellence and software craftsmanship. James was recently promoted to the role of Lead Software Engineer at BGL Group.

Throughout their career, James Lambe has demonstrated strong technical skills, project management abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

James Lambe attended Teesside University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science.
