Tim Heap is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in various technical roles spanning over two decades. Currently at BGL Group since November 2012, Tim focuses on software engineering for one of the UK's leading personal lines insurance brokers. Previously, Tim held positions such as Software Developer at ParentMail, Head of Connectivity at TravelTainment UK, Software & Database Manager at Postar Ltd, Analyst Programmer at FCS Computer Services Ltd, and GIS Programmer at Experian Goad Ltd. Tim's educational foundation includes a Master's degree in GIS from Nottingham University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Staffordshire University.
