Dane J. Boeckermann

Dane Boeckermann, CPA has over 14 years of public accounting experience. Dane has served as a Principal and Member of the Board of Governors at BGM since 2007, working with family-owned and venture capital owned businesses. Dane has expertise in internal and external auditing, tax compliance, process consulting, due diligence, and management advisory services. Dane has also worked as a Principal at Assurance Consulting 3, LLC - AC3, specializing in internal audit, risk & compliance, and accounting and finance operations. Dane has served as the Board Treasurer at Northern Voices, a center for young children with hearing loss and their families, from 2010 to 2016. Dane began their career as a Senior Accountant at LarsonAllen in 2004 and has worked as an intern at Braver PC, Walter Turnbull, Merrill Lynch, and the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.

Dane Boeckermann, CPA holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from The George Washington University School of Business, which they obtained from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity University from 1999 to 2003, majoring in Accounting/Finance with a minor in Economics. Dane completed their high school education at Eden Prairie High School, where they obtained a diploma from 1996 to 1999.
