Adam Whiman

Adam Whiman is a seasoned professional in multifamily asset management, currently serving as Vice President at BentallGreenOak since April 2016. Previously, Adam worked at QDC Management Services, Inc. as Property Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing operations of a renovated 250-unit high-rise apartment building, driving occupancy growth, and preparing operating budgets. Adam’s career began with various leasing and property management roles, complemented by an internship at Miami University.
