Jason Rowe

Jason Rowe is a seasoned professional in development and construction management, currently serving as Vice President at BentallGreenOak, where responsibilities include managing large-scale debt and equity projects valued between $22M to $258M. With prior experience as an Assistant Preconstruction Manager at Bozzuto, Jason developed comprehensive preconstruction budgets and custom schedules. Earlier roles included Estimator at Schwob Building Company, Solutions Analyst at Bosque Systems, Office Engineer at Clark Construction, and intern positions at Norfolk Southern Corporation. Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
