Melanie Gedney

Melanie Gedney is a seasoned accounting professional with significant experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at BentallGreenOak since November 2022, Melanie previously held multiple roles at AIG from August 2018 to October 2022, including Senior Portfolio Accountant and Portfolio Accountant within the AIG Global Real Estate divisions. Early career experiences include positions at Wykagyl Country Club as a Receptionist, along with internships at Broadridge and a leadership role as Head Sailing Instructor at Larchmont Shore Club. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Iona University, earned in 2018, and graduated from Wilton High School in 2014.
