Diane Atwell has extensive experience in financial management consulting roles. Diane began their career in 2015 as a Senior Financial Management Consulting Role at Cordia Partners, where they implemented additional Deltek Vision modules, trained staff, and assisted with annual external audits, annual bank audits, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and management reporting. In 2016, they took on the role of Estate Co-Executor at The Estate of Carol B Fallon, where they legally managed the Fallon estate and personal assets, hired various estate resources, and prepared and filed all appropriate paperwork with Social Security, Veteran Affairs, Fairfax County probate court, financial and insurance institutions. In 2017, they took on the role of Accounting and Finance Director at Learning Without Tears, where they were responsible for all aspects of financial and risk management. In 2018, they took on a Senior Financial Management Consulting Role at Protiviti, Inc., where they evaluated the implementation of NetSuite multi-currency functionality across the firm, reviewed the set up and configuration of the NetSuite modules, and identified existing transactions in the system and the impact of the rollout of multicurrency revaluation process. In 2019, they took on a NetSuite Financial Management System Implementation Consulting Role at Anderson Frank USA, where they project managed the NetSuite One World multi-subsidiary, multi-currency implementation, managed the external technical implementation consulting firm and internal resources, and deployed full G/L, A/R, A/P, Contract Renewals, Revenue Recognition and Fixed Assets modules. In 2020, they took on a NetSuite Functional Consultant role at Diane Fallon Atwell, a privately held organic salad dressing and condiment company in Baltimore, MD, where they developed the chart of accounts and mapping document for QuickBooks to NetSuite account conversion, reviewed the 2019 QuickBooks transactions for appropriate coding and GAAP treatment, and evaluated the expense reporting processes and established expense categories for company-wide usage. Diane also took on an Acting CFO and NetSuite Financial Management System Post Implementation Consulting Role at Anderson Frank USA, a privately held SaaS technology firm in McLean, VA, where they reviewed the 2019 Reviewed Financials to the 2019 NetSuite financials for accuracy and completeness, created the 2019 and 2020 Tax Calendar showing all returns and payments that will be paid by the company, and calculated the firm's valuation. Additionally, they took on a NetSuite Financial Management System Implementation Consulting Role at Kforce Inc, a privately held SaaS technology firm in Vienna, VA, where they reviewed system configurations, settings and chart of accounts, customized transaction forms and PDFs for Sales Orders, Sales Invoices and Purchase Orders, and built financials and management reports. Finally, they took on a Senior Manager role at BGS Consulting, where they brought together a rich network of accounting and finance resources to help clients succeed.

Diane Atwell obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Virginia in 1982. In July 2020, they also obtained a certification in Getting Started with Expensify from Expensify.
