Eliezer Pasno

Eliezer Pasno is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product innovation, commercial strategy, and procurement management. Currently serving as the Head of Product Innovation and Commercial Strategy at BGW Group since October 2025, Eliezer previously held the position of Global Procurement Manager at CR Powered by Epiroc from October 2021 to October 2025. Prior roles include Procurement & Supplier Manager and Senior Production & Continuous Improvement Engineer at Tritium, as well as a Manufacturing and Quality Systems Engineer at Beovista Pty Ltd. Eliezer's career began at Nera Telecommunications Ltd, where roles included Team Lead in Procurement & Vendor Management and Assistant Engineer II in Service Management. Earlier experience includes positions at Fluke Corporation and Jabil. Eliezer holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Batangas State University.
