Clay Bain

Clay Bain is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Construction Manager at BH Properties since June 2022, Clay Bain previously held the position of Construction Project Leader at H-E-B from June 2011 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading large capital projects, managing vendor bidding processes, and overseeing various construction categories. Prior to that, Clay Bain was the Director of Construction at The Romack Company from August 1997 to June 2011, focusing on new business development, account and vendor management, procurement, and comprehensive project management. Clay Bain holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a Bachelor of Business Administration from American Military University.
