Semir Ibrahimovic

Semir Ibrahimovic is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in various roles within the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Acting CIO and a member of the management board at BH Telecom since October 2023, Semir has also held the position of Solutions Architect at OptomFT Sarajevo since August 2022, specializing in the financial industry. Previous roles include serving as an Enterprise Content Management Consultant at Konica Minolta Bosna and Herzegovina, and Director of the IT division at Bosna Bank International, where significant projects included SWIFT GPI and IFRS implementations, as well as data center design. Semir has a robust academic background, holding a PhD in Management Information Systems from the School of Economics and Business in Sarajevo, alongside a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Electrical Engineering, respectively.
