Kirsten Cripe, MBA, CAM, possesses a diverse background in community management and leadership development with extensive experience across various roles in property management and the entertainment sector. Currently serving as a Regional Mentor Trainer and Community Manager at BH, Kirsten's previous positions include Assistant Community Manager at Arlington Properties, Inc., and Assistant General Manager & Social Media Manager at American Campus Communities. Additionally, Kirsten has experience in leasing roles and entertainment as a Character Attendant at Walt Disney World. Academically, Kirsten is pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership at the University of Miami, expected to be completed in May 2026, following a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Human Resources from Northern Kentucky University.
