Sierra Zielke Garza

Sierra Zielke Garza has extensive experience in performance strategy and revenue management, currently serving as the Director of Performance Strategy at BH Management Services since October 2016, with prior roles including Performance Strategy Manager, Senior Revenue Manager, and Pricing Advisor/Revenue Manager. Previous professional experience includes working as a Student Associate at The University of Texas at Austin McCombs Finance Department, providing administrative support and assisting faculty from August 2014 to July 2016, and completing an internship at the Austin Technology Incubator focused on Clean Technology projects in summer 2015. Earlier roles as a Guest Services Representative include positions at Mill Creek Ranch Resort and Splash Kingdom Waterpark, where foundational customer service skills were developed.
