Rob Sales

Rob Sales has a diverse work experience in the finance and investment industry. Rob currently serves as the Senior Managing Director and Head of Growth Equity at BH3 Management, where they provide capital to real estate and construction businesses. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Advisor and Investment Committee Member at Crixus BH3 Acquisition Company. Rob also held the position of Principal at Centerline Capital Management, where they made value-add investments in businesses. Earlier in their career, Rob worked as a Senior Research Analyst at GoldenTree Asset Management, an Assistant Portfolio Manager/Vice President at Archer Capital Management, an Associate at Delaware Street Capital, and an Associate at Houlihan Lokey, specializing in financial restructuring and advisory engagements.

Rob Sales received their BBA in Finance from Emory University - Goizueta Business School from 1996 to 2000.
