Neeru Roy

Neeru Roy is a seasoned human resource professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Human Resource - Unit Head at Bhagwan Mahavir Medica Superspecialty Hospital in Ranchi since October 2022, Neeru leads the HR unit with a focus on strategic leadership and operational efficiency. Previously, as Head of Human Resource at TATA STEEL's Channel Partners - Pasa Resource Pvt. Ltd. from March 2020 to September 2022, responsibilities included overseeing the entire employee life cycle, strategic planning, policy formation, and compliance management. Neeru's career in human resources began in 2006 and includes roles such as HR Manager at Virtual Employee and various HR positions in other companies. Neeru holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and another MBA in HR from GSBA, complemented by a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Christ Church College, Kanpur.
