Nanasaheb Gaikwad

Nanasaheb Gaikwad has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Nanasaheb started their career as a Production Engineer at AUTOFIELD ENGINEERS PVT LTD in 1993, where they learned various manufacturing processes and achieved rated output within quality norms. In 1994, they joined Bharat Forge Limited as a Dy.Manager, where they were responsible for a team of 80+ operatives and staff and played a crucial role in achieving PQCDSM norms in line with the organization's goals. Nanasaheb then joined Amtek Auto Limited in 2007 as a Manager Operations, where they worked until 2010. Finally, they joined Bharat Forge Ltd again in 2010, this time as an Associate Vice President of the Machine Component Division, leading the division from inception to an impressive annual revenue of Rs. 1500 crore.

Nanasaheb Gaikwad completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1992, they obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic College.
