Sanjay Agrawal

Sanjay Agrawal's work experience includes senior roles at various companies. Sanjay worked as a Senior Vice President at Bharat Forge Ltd starting in 2023. Before that, from 2019 to 2023, they served as the SC & Planning Director at Alstom, where they managed the Pan India Supply Chain and Planning for Metro and ELoco business. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2019, Sanjay was the Regional General Manager at Amazon, responsible for operations in various southern India cities. Sanjay also held the position of Site Leader - Fulfillment Center at Amazon. In addition, Sanjay has worked at 3M as a Plant Manager and Production Manager, and at Cummins Inc. as a Business Unit Leader and Manager. Sanjay started their career as a Sr Engineer at HINDUSTAN MOTORS LTD.

Sanjay Agrawal obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science from 1991 to 1995. Sanjay later pursued an MBA with a specialization in HR and Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur, completing it from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, Sanjay obtained various certifications, including LEAD (Leadership Excellence and Development) from the Indian School of Business in March 2022, Brain Based Coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute in October 2017, Game Changer from 3M in June 2014, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Tata Cummins in April 2005.
