Satvik Sathwara

Satvik Sathwara is currently an Assistant Manager at Bharat Forge Ltd, where responsibilities include handling customer complaints, conducting field failure analysis, performing root cause analysis, and implementing continuous improvement practices such as 5S and Kaizen. Previously, Satvik served as a GET, engaging in various metallurgical testing and analysis techniques including X-ray diffraction, optical metallurgical microscopy, and non-destructive testing. Satvik completed an internship at Aadhya Engineering Services, gaining experience in mechanical and chemical testing methodologies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and schooling from Panchsheel High School and Panchsheel Vidyalaya.
