Pramesh Khanna has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Pramesh began their career as a Human Resource Executive at Parke Davis (India) Ltd. - A Pfizer Group Company in 2000. Pramesh then joined IDBI Bank as a Regional Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for various HR initiatives and business HR partnerships.
In 2005, Khanna moved to YES BANK and held multiple roles within the Human Capital Management division, including Vice President, Senior Manager, and Group Executive Vice President. During their tenure at YES BANK, they played a crucial role in strategic support groups, corporate relationship management, and product management.
From 2013 to 2017, Khanna worked at YES BANK as President and Head of Human Capital Management, Corporate Relationship, Product Management, and Strategic Support Groups. Pramesh was instrumental in driving HR strategies and leading decision-making processes.
Khanna then served as CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) at Religare Finvest Limited (SME Loans) from 2019 to 2020. In this role, they rejuvenated the HR brand, developed innovative policies and strategies aligned with the organization's vision, and played a significant role in the company's revival and growth.
In 2016, Khanna ventured as a Professional Entrepreneur and founded Ecoterra Outdoors & Agriventures LLP. Pramesh brought their extensive experience in HR leadership, decision-making, and strategic transformation to build a high-growth Indian bank and ventured into the tourism, hospitality, and corporate learning industry.
Most recently, in 2021, Khanna co-founded and became the COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Rural Mandi Fintech Private Limited. Under the brand name Bharat Mandi, the organization aims to improve the livelihood of farmers by creating an ecosystem that impacts their financial prosperity through technology and a human touch.

They also earned an M.Sc in Mycology & Plant Pathology with a specialization in Horticulture & Gardening from the University of Mumbai in 1996-1998.
