Eli Lipshatz

Eli Lipshatz is a seasoned entrepreneur and operations leader with extensive experience in the e-commerce sector. As Co-Founder and COO of MultiplyMii since November 2019, Eli focuses on providing professional outsourcing solutions that facilitate business scalability by leveraging top talent from the Philippines. In parallel, Eli co-founded and serves as COO of Escala, which specializes in digital transformation and process improvement for Amazon and eCommerce businesses, utilizing a team of experienced consultants. As a Founding Partner at South Col, Eli plays a pivotal role in accelerating eCommerce brands by offering strategic resources and capital to optimize exits. Eli's earlier experience includes serving as an Amazon Operations Manager at Gazuros, where Eli developed training programs and managed customer support teams, as well as a combat officer in the Israel Defence Forces. Eli's academic background includes education at Leibler Yavneh College.
