Pushp Kumar Nayar

Pushp Kumar Nayar has extensive experience in the petroleum and lubricants industry, currently serving as Executive Director (HRD) at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited since May 2010. Nayar has held various leadership roles, including Head Retail South and Head of Supply Chain Management, overseeing the All India Retail & Bazaar business. Prior to this, Nayar was involved in business development and marketing with Lubricants-North and held multiple managerial positions at Bharat Petroleum Corporations Limited from 1991 to 2008, focusing on sales, logistics, and territory management. Nayar's earlier career included a role as Head of PNG Marketing at Indraprastha Gas Limited. Nayar holds an MBA in Finance from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Microbiology from Delhi University.
